All participants of International Rice Congress 2018 are required to register officially. It is important to read all the information on the website before you commence the registration process.
Registration Fees for Main Congress
Registration Categories Footnote:
* Corporate rate applies to all participants from for-profit enterprises, regardless of country origin
** Students are required to present their student identification card onsite during badge collection
*** To view Low- Income / Low- Middle Income Economies, please download here
**** Bulk Purchase Rate is only applicable for a minimum of 15 tickets for all categories except Single Day pass holders.
NOTE: You may be requested to present official documentation at point of registration.
Special Early Bird Rate:
Special Early Bird Rates will be applicable till 30 March 2018. For registrations received thereafter, Promotional rate will apply. In order to qualify for this rate, payment must be received on or before 30 March 2018.
Promotional Rates will be applicable from 2 April 2018 till 29 June 2018. For registrations received thereafter, Online Rate will apply.
Online Registration Rate:
Online Rates will be applicable from 2 July 2018 till 17 October 2018.
Onsite Registration Rate:
Onsite Registration Rate will be application from 14 to 17 Oct 2018.

How to Register
- All participants are encouraged to register online via http://ricecongress2018.irri.org/ .
- It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees are strictly followed.
All delegates are required to pay the Full Congress Registration Fee (in US Dollars) and this includes 7% Goods and Services Tax. GST Reg No: 201127805H
Delegates will be entitled to the following:
- Admission to scientific sessions on 14 – 17 Oct 2018
- Welcome reception, lunches and coffee breaks between 14th and 17th Oct 2018.
- Congress badges, event materials and goodie bags
Cancellations and Refunds
This is a strictly no cancellation and no refund event. If a delegate is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else from the same institute/organisation.
For Security reasons, all requests for substitutions must be received via email 10 days prior to event date with the name/job title/contact email for both registered/replacement attendee.
